Feet-lickingly Scrumptuous!

Ralphie the Buffalo, Folsom Field, University ...

Well, this was certainly a first in Ralphie’s life! Have you ever been awakened by something or somebody licking your feet? I have, this morning! I was right in the middle of dreaming a now forgotten dream of astounding inconsequentiality, when the realisation pierced the wall of my fuzziness that something strange was going on around my southern extremities. How about them onions!?

Being reasonably sure that I had not fallen asleep with some nubile floozy in my arms, I came to the deduction that this was most probably the result of some canine ministrations. When I half-opened my right eye(the better of the twain!) I saw that I was correct. I greeted Linda with a: “Why you kinky thing!” She was wagging her tail merrily and it was then that I noticed why she was standing in that exact position. There was a beam of sunlight right next to where my feet lay and Miss Precious was sunning herself!

I added caution to expedience and got up to see if she had enough food in her tray. Oops! It was empty… Better fill the sucker up! But first I inspected all my little bits at the bottom and was glad to count ten of them, as there should be.

Who needs software to hand you ideas for your next story, if you have a friend like Linda, hey? Every day, she hands me some food for another astounding reflection on why dogs are called “Man’s best friend” and with reason! Right, it’s time to take Missy for a walk. See yall later!

  1. The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I in fact thought youd have some thing interesting to say. All I hear is actually a bunch of whining about something that you simply could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention.
